SAGIBOND™ - ACM PANELS

SAGIBOND™ is SAGIPER’s architectural aluminum panel platform, developed to deliver modern facade performance with the warmth and realism of woodgrain finishes. Engineered for consistency, flatness, and durability, SAGIBOND panels are designed to support architectural freedom while meeting the practical demands of fabrication and installation.

The SAGIBOND lineup is available in three distinct panel constructions to suit a wide range of project requirements:

SAGIBOND™ FIREGUARD

A fire-rated aluminum composite panel engineered for applications requiring enhanced fire performance. Fireguard panels are supplied as flat sheets measuring 4 feet wide by 16 feet long, allowing fabricators the flexibility to create custom panel layouts, joint patterns, and facade designs specified by architects.

SAGIBOND™ HEXACORE

A lightweight aluminum honeycomb panel designed for superior rigidity, strength, and dimensional stability. Like Fireguard, Hexacore panels are available in 4 foot by 16 foot flat sheets, providing fabricators with maximum freedom to form, cut, and detail panels to meet architectural intent while maintaining excellent flatness.

SAGIBOND™ SLIMSHIELD

A solid 3mm aluminum sheet solution offering a refined, minimalist appearance with exceptional durability. Slimshield panels are supplied in 4 foot wide sheets ranging from 6.5 feet up to 13 feet in length, making them ideal for applications requiring smaller formats or more controlled panel sizes.

All SAGIBOND panels are finished with SAGIPER’s highly realistic woodgrain films, delivering depth, texture, and color consistency that closely replicates natural wood. These finishes provide an unmatched balance of aesthetic realism and long-term performance, allowing architects to achieve the warmth of wood without the maintenance, movement, or degradation of traditional materials.

SOLAR SHIELD TECHNOLOGY

Built-in protection that helps keep surfaces cooler.
Solar Shield Technology (SST) reflects heat from the sun before it enters the surface. This helps reduce heat build-up and keeps profiles more stable over time, especially in darker colours.

SAGIPER is a highly durable exterior vinyl film engineered for long-term outdoor performance.
