Located in Sarasota, Florida, The Hub at Skye Ranch is a 32,194 sq. ft. resort-style amenity center featuring a contemporary mix of glass, metal, tile-inspired finishes and warm woodgrain accents.
SAGIWALL exterior siding and SAGIREV soffit in Ref. 82 Desert Oak were used to introduce the warmth and character of wood throughout the exterior, creating a striking contrast against the building’s modern architectural materials.
The result is a clean, contemporary exterior that combines multiple materials and textures while maintaining the warmth of a natural wood aesthetic.
