From our Edmonton distribution center, we support customers throughout Western Canada and the United States.
About the Role
The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring products, samples, and customer orders are received, stored, prepared, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with operations, sales, customer service, and transportation partners to maintain a safe and organized distribution facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Load and unload containers, trailers, and customer pickups
- Prepare customer orders and shipping documentation
- Coordinate freight shipments and carrier pickups
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Build custom pallets and package products for shipment
- Prepare and ship architectural sample requests
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support inventory counts and warehouse improvement initiatives
